I found this video to be an awesome example of some different exercises that you can perform with your bodyweight. One of the most difficult moves that you will find in this video is the pistol squats. This bodyweight exercise is one of the more advanced and is highly difficult. However, if you keep up your training you will be able to perform this exercise in time. If you get a chance, take a look at this awesome vdeo.

Oy, squat pistols! …
Oy, squat pistols! My nightmare exercise. I find it so freakin’ impossible, even though I have what I used to think was excellent flexibility, balance and leg strength. I can do about 3, and then I’m spent. Anyway, nice vid, good explanation. I like the wrestler’s bridge as well in there.

For sure you can. Check out all my vids and crossfits stuff.
Also there are three bodyweight (some light dumbell stuff) routines in my Fat to Fit Program
You may also want to check out the stretching DVD’s from Matt Furey. They are straight forward and will fix up your posture problems.

Xale..Find a pullup …
Xale..Find a pullup bar at least, and you can also do towel pullups. As for punching faster, you will need to box, shadowbox and train more. Weights will not do that.
