2 Bodyweigth exercises with a tree.

This is quick example of what I term a tree walk.  Basically you move your body down the tree trunk with your hands to the other side.  This is a pretty basic approach but really works the back and arms.  It will also help improve your grip strength and your forearms slightly.  If you have any spare time, check out this short clip.

Good training and nice tree, I would love to have that in my garden. ;) You can try to do your bracchiation faster and with more flow, it’s more efficient that way and it also looks better. If you don’t care about my opinion, I don’t mind, I only want to help. :) oh,and lose the gloves,if you want to have though strong hands with lots of callous =D I train parkour but I guess you just train for strength? Keep up the training and have fun.
