You may have followed certain guidelines for green fitness.  However, additional tips given hereunder, on this subject, will certainly work wonders with your personal health.

 

1)      We need to go green and align our self totally with nature.  For this purpose, it is better to avoid red meat and other non-vegetarian food.  Fish and other marine food is a bit better if one has to take the non-vegetarian food.  The best option available is to have meals, which consist of, salads, fruits and leafy green vegetables.  These are certainly easy to digest and produce fewer toxins in the body.

2)      A daily routine of simple exercises like walking or swimming helps a lot for our whole body’s system to remain fit and evergreen.  These exerts activate every part of our body and its organs, resulting in better coordinated function of our whole system.  At the same time intake of enough water, throughout the day helps in proper flushing out of our kidneys and it also reduces the harmful and unwanted toxins present in our bodies.  The balanced hydration of our body system, with the help of water intake in good quantity also results in proper and continuous flow of thinner blood-to-blood vessels and arteries.

3)      For the sake of green fitness, drop all those items in your daily meals which are addictive in nature and which may be mildly compared to the drugs as such.  One such item is caffeine, which should be avoided as much as possible.  A glass of water in the morning instead of a cup of coffee is much more refreshing.

4)      You should also reduce percentage of oil and fats in your diet.  Sometimes the dressings or the toppings of simple dishes, say Pizza, contain lot of fats in its dressing only.  This has to be avoided as we do have a fair quantity of fat in the main dish itself.  Oil and fats add to the flab very easily, making it is very difficult to reduce such bulges, even after prolonged exercises.

5)      “The company makes a man”.  Act as per this saying and grow your friendship with the people who follow the green fitness schedule.  By interacting with such groups, on various forums, you will pick up the other healthy habits, which you may not have been following on your own, till then.  This will certainly make you a more self-confident person.

While the above are some of the tips for maintaining green fitness, the most important is to find ways and means for following this schedule in your daily life. We all conduct our lives each day by pursuing several tasks.  If we amend our ways to perform these activities in line with nature, we will automatically feel relaxed and relieved.  This is something most really want.

  2. I have to agree that swimming is a great way to stay in shape. I
    have never actually heard of Green Fitness. This is very
    interesting to me since I enjoy getting in a good workout. May have
    to start trying this. Not eating red meat may be a little tough
    though.
