Green fitness workout at the park utilizing bodweight exercises.

This is short clip that gives you a few ideas for a green fitness routine using bodyweight exercises.  The burpees in this video are a killer workout if you have never tried them before.  I myself have started doing burpees with push-up and pull-up integrated into them.  This really takes the burpee to a whole new level.  The ladies in this video have a wonderful fitness site you should check out if you get the time.  Please take an opportunity to check this out when you get a chance.
