If you think about the structure of the animal, it becomes apparent
that cow milk is not the best of foods for a human--- Look at the
HUMUNGOUS bones on cattle. A LOT of calcium to provide a basis and
ongoing maintenance for that skeleton... Hardly the same scale for
the human body...

Great post Brian! With the increase of lactose intolerance it makes
you wonder if peoples bodies are trying to tell them what their
minds should know. I am with you and years ago I switched to
unsweetened almond milk to enjoy in my cereal. Keep up the good
work.

I am glad you also see it that way. I mean once I really reflected on the fact that no living thing drinks from something other than their mother until a certain age it just made sense. I mean lets think about this for a minute would you as a human go up to a cow and drink milk from it? I just seems like common sense but I know how hard it is to turn your mind into thinking a different way. I drank milk by the gallons per week and loved it. Instead of drinking water after playing sports I drank milk. Instead of drinking pop with my pizza I drank milk. I drank milk with everything.
